even if it was consensual sex, its still freaking pitiful. sex with drunk underage girls=not a very intelligent decision. marijuana charges=a problem=probation=added up with a violation of probation would be jail time. dont avoid my points you know what i am saying is true.

He was charged with statutory rape, but there were dropped.

Honestly though, sex with a minor doesnt even get charged with around here in that paticular instance. Even though the rules of having to be over 18, or its again the law usually doesnt fly.
95 percent of prosectors would not go after anyone for having sex with a 15 year old if they themselves were a also teenager.
